This was a great stop over the night before the airport. Lovely spa area - book free slot in advance. Very calm and relaxing ambience. Staff very helpful. Very convenient for the airport.

We arrived at the airport at 2.00 am and just walked across the road to the hotel, which was so convenient. A very comfortable bed was welcome after a long flight. Breakfast was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

My wife and I returned for our third stay. This was the best so far, despite the difficult and uncertain times facing the local people. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel. Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with great views but outside the immediate hotel could be noisy. The pool area is outstanding and there is never a shortage of beds, which is unusual even in 5 star hotels.

We stayed there for 5 nights and had a very decent sized room. The staff was super friendly and nice, service was great. We had to work a bit from the lobby area, wifi was super good. It was also easy to find parking slots.

We had a fantastic week's stay in great surroundings. We visited Athens on the tram which was cheap and easy and saw the amazing historical sites. We also spent time in the local area of Alimos and enjoyed the beach. A superb week's chill out with the family to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.

Chose this hotel because of the location for our short break to Athens for a family wedding. The staff could not do enough for us. We booked in at 3.00am in the morning and requested kettle & milk on arrival wish was most welcomed. Water was in our mini fridge too. Rooms were very clean. This was my second time at this hotel. Location was fantastic. 2 minutes to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants & tram into Athens. The staff are great. This hotel is perfect.

The stay was unfortunately right after a theft in Athens, where I and a friend had our bag and pocket picked en route to the hotel. We had twin beds which were a bit too firm for us, but have found that to be the case in a few other hotels around Greece so perhaps not uncommon. The upside is the staff of Kiani Akti Hotel were very kind and helpful. They helped with directions, embassy information and all so graciously as well. It may be a 2 or 3 star hotel but they have a 5 star staff.

Better than we expected. Absolute top for the price. We stayed 5 nights there and if we return to Athen we will again stay at this hotel for sure. The seaview room was worth the higher price. We have been there with car, but Tram is within 5 minutes at most. Checkin in only needed 3 minutes. All the time very friendly staff. My wife & I have just had a great time & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As others have said, there are a couple of compromises. It is next to a main road & can get noisy. However, the rooms are soundproofed & we can honestly say we've never slept as well as we did. Our room was a great size as well & well equiped. From transfer from the airport to our reluctant return home, the gracious, courteous staff at Grecotel simply couldn't do enough for us. Even though Greece is imploding, these lovely, generous hearted people made us feel not just welcome but pampered.
