"The place is in the middle of nowhere at the end of unpaved road in an extremely bad shape. A bellboy took me to the room without carrying my bag. Based on the hotel description, the room should have a soaking bathtub but mine didn't have it. When I asked the receptionist, the description by hotels.com (now owned by expedia) is wrong. Next day I had to go boat dock about 8 km away and had to pay US$60. Their justification was that unpaved road is in very bad shape."

"Fabulous views from this mountain side resort. Beautiful rooms & linens. Great breakfast. Professional, kind capable staff. Relaxing spa. Lovely infinity pool. Loads of steps!!! Short buggy ride provided to & from town! Excellent location for the best of both worlds."
"This was a great stay in Luang Prabang! Our room was very pretty and tranquil, although the WiFi didn’t work very well through the concrete walls. Rooms were dated but well-accommodated, cleaned every day, and they stayed cool throughout the day due to clever building design. Bonus points for the bathroom shower gel smelling nice :)
The staff was great and accommodated from the start with a nice welcome drink. The breakfast was delicious - healthy, flavorful, and a little bit different every day. Be aware that the Expedia website says breakfast goes until 10:30 every morning, but it really closes at 10:00.
The location was quiet - it was a 25 minute walk into the Historic District, but we were able to fix 2 bikes of theirs so the brakes worked and we used the shuttle once on our 4-night stay. Shuttles come every hour until 9:30 PM. We also rented motorbikes from the hotel one day, which made a trip out of town very easy. This hotel is located pretty close to the airport, but you don’t really hear planes! We also appreciated the free airport shuttle.
We would stay here again- it was beautiful and quiet. Next time I might choose to spend a night or two in town as well."
"Location 5/5. Property very good, but the Mekong suites don’t have a view on Mekong (unless you try very hard :). But the room itself was very comfortable. Acoustics isolation is limited so bring earplugs if you need them. Sometimes you may have some issues with the communication - all staff is very helpful but not always fluent enough in English. It’s 4 1/2 stars"
"The 3 Nagas was a wonderful experience and beautiful stay we will never forget.
Such a beautiful historic hotel that was so personable and friendly from day 1 we felt very welcomed.
The staff were amazing & could not do enough for us!
The breakfast were SO good & generous we enjoyed and looked forward to it!
Comfortable bed and room , we really enjoyed the adventure and character of it all.
We enjoyed seeing the Alms giving from our doorstep , so close to everything in the historic town , surrounded by beautiful temples , great food options and short walk to the riverside.
Lots of great help from staff to do tours and experiences if needed.
Thank you for having us 3 Nagas you made our celebrations extra special & look forward to revisiting again soon
Luang Prabang has a piece of our heart now!
