"I checked in with the hotel that in reality was not responsible for the room. The room was managed by a third part company. When I entered the room I saw that it was dirty, coffee cups around, croakroaches, missing towels, air didn't work. A complete disaster. When I complained to the reception they said it was not with them and that I had to contact the room's owner that I had not idea whom it was. É um ambiente bem simples e familiar, mas não faz jus a avaliação constante no aplicativo."
