What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

Das Personal war sehr sehr aufmerksam und höflich! Das Zimmer war äußerst sauber und man hatte einen wundervollen Blick auf den Strand. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker mit vielen brasilianischen und internationalen Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt am Strand gelegen und das Hotel ist sehr neu!

Local muito bom na frente da praia bem no início da Pajuçara, café da manhã excelente variado e produtos de excelente qualidade, funcionários atenciosos e limpeza nota 10. Piscina aquecida podia ser um pouco mais quente e o hotel poderia disponibilizar quartos conjugados para família. O quarto família tem 2 camas e diga-se de passagem de ótima qualidade tanto camas como lençóis e travesseiros, porém pequeno para quatro pessoas 2 adultos e duas crianças.

Tive uma experiência simplesmente impecável no Sai Beach Living Hotel, em Pajuçara. Desde o primeiro momento, fui recebido com um nível de atenção e cuidado que realmente faz a diferença. Quero deixar um agradecimento mais que especial à Andréia Nascimento, do guest service, que me auxiliou em absolutamente tudo desde o início. Sempre prestativa, atenciosa e indo além do que eu havia solicitado — fez com que toda a estadia fosse ainda mais especial. A equipe como um todo está de parabéns: educação, simpatia e um atendimento de altíssimo nível. O hotel transmite uma leveza única, me senti literalmente em casa. Sem falar na arquitetura do local, que é simplesmente deslumbrante — cada detalhe pensado com muito bom gosto, criando um ambiente sofisticado e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor. Foi tudo perfeito. A estrutura do hotel é incrível e isso torna a experiência muito boa! Quarto excelente, cama, travesseiros, tudo impecável! O café da manhã é bom! Bem variado. As piscinas do hotel são incríveis. Academia bem equipada. Já sabia que o hotel estava em soft opening mas ainda assim a equipe está muito aquém do que o padrão do hotel promete. Falta organização e cordialidade dos funcionários. Eu já havia lido alguns comentários assim mas não imaginei que isso seria muito evidente e que interferiria tanto na nossa estadia. Em minha chegada desci com 3 idosas do carro e nenhum dos dois funcionários na porta nos ajudaram, ficaram apenas olhando e aguardando descermos as malas. Não nos disponibilizaram quarto com acessibilidade, apesar de ser obrigatório por Lei, a acomodação para PCD não estava disponível. O check-in demorou bastante, apesar de 3 funcionários estarem fazendo a tarefa ao mesmo tempo, foi uma confusão clara. Os três ocupados em nosso check-in enquanto outros hóspedes esperavam para atendimento. Optamos por almoçar no restaurante em nossa chegada e foi igualmente caótico. Estávamos em 6 pessoas e os pratos chegaram em 4 levas diferentes, sendo que uma carne que pedimos estava no ponto muito errado. Para um restaurante com pratos de valor médio de 80~100 reais, espera-se que pelo menos os pratos cheguem juntos. Enfim, espero que o hotel consiga se organizar em relação à equipe pois realmente a localização é boa e a estrutura também.

Único ponto que precisa ser visto é a disponibilidade de água assim que chega no hotel. Chegamos de madrugada e com sede e o atendente nem sabia como pegar a água. Poderiam disponibilizar água para o hóspede de forma gratuita.
