Minha cama não tinha lençol e como era noite, o gerente não estava lá e ninguém tinha acesso ao armário, tive que dividir com minha amiga o lençol dela para não dormir sem nada. Boxe estava entupido, não tinha sabonete.

Estrutura boa e funcionários excelentes. Mas dois pontos negativos me fazem não voltar a ficar na pousada. O hotel cobra 10% se serviços, o que seria bom se revertesse para os funcionários. Mas a pousada debita parte desse valor para consertos da propria pousada. Isso é um absurdo, se algo quebra não deve ser tirado dos funcionários. O outro ponto é que já fui a muitos hotéis que cuidam de gatos que aparecem no local. Essa pousada não. Poderiam minimamente dar ração para a gatinha que aparece lá com fome (um vizinho deixar a ração na rua tomando sol e chuva não é solução).

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, voltaria sem dúvidas. Os funcionários extremamente educados, atenciosos e caprichosos. Joel então é nota 1000, essa pousada sem ele, não tem pousada. Ele é extremamente competente, atendimento 100%. A comida é deliciosa, as cozinheiras são de mão cheia uma das melhores. Sempre tudo muito bem servido e saboroso. Os quartos, toalhas e ambientes muito cheirosos e limpinhos. Recomendo muito a estadia.

A nossa estadia não poderia ter sido melhor. Pousada pé na areia e muito aconchegante, acomodação confortável, as refeições do restaurante deliciosas e com preço justo. Caso queira sair, precisa de carro mas se o intuito é descansar, essa é uma excelente escolha. A praia de Ipioca é super limpa e fica a apenas 40/50 minutos do centro de Maceió. Muito segura. Com certeza indico e pretendo voltar, com certeza. Obrigada Joel pela excelente recepção e aos demais o meu agradecimento.

Uma pousada que supera alguns hotéis

A pousada Ipioca beach me surpreendeu já que posso dizer sem sombra de dúvidas que foi a melhor pousada que já conheci na vida. A praia é limpíssima, o atendimento é ótimo. O funcionário Joel faz a gente se sentir em casa e ainda nos levou para o outro hotel que ficamos. Vamos voltar com a família já que ela fica bem perto de tudo e dá pra ficar facilmente por mais tempo sem gastar rios de dinheiro num hotel grande. Recomendo demais!

Os funcionarios Flávio e Joel são excelentes! As moças precisam de treinamento- ao final do horário do café da manhã, não indagaram se gostaríamos de algo mais, como tbm não nos fizeram sentir acolhidas. Quanto à limpeza, quando chegamos , havia em nosso banheiro cabelos por toda parte e aspecto de muito mal lavado( se é que foi). Agora esses transtornos, a pousada é muito agradável para relaxamento, a comida que pedimos, saborosa.
