"We had a comfortable stay in a very convenient location, in the heart of the West End close to the subway, Kelvinbridge Park, shops, restaurants and the Botanic Gardens. The staff were always friendly and helpful. "

"The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection."

"Room was lovely and clean. My only difficulty was with the bathroom. I found it a tight squeeze getting in & out the shower door. The toilet was also in a very tight space between the shower & the wall. I would stay again but i would request a room with a bigger bathroom."

"What a pleasant surprise as it was not what I expected. Check in across the road at an enticing Indian Restaurant - able to safely park car in the Restaurant Car Park - room was very clean, comfortable bed, great shower, larger than usual TV. Room looked out on a busy dual carriageway but noise limited by glazed window and noise from pub downstairs was bearable and ended at closing time. Pricing was incredible. Will definitely be back."

"The guesthouse is a beautiful old building with new modern facilities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent spacious room with 2 chairs. Very clean. Good ample breakfast. What stands out is the accommodating, friendly staff. The parking is limited and tight at the hotel but there are other places to park close by"

"I didnt like the local parking doesnt open until 7am and i has to leave at 5. They told me at the front desk they would send a special wifi access code, but they didnt, even when i asked again."
