Motel consists of 10 individual cabins located on a hillside in Paihia - it's a nice location with a good view. We had the lowest cabin which had disabled access ramps (we didn't need disabled access it's just the cabin we were given) but the other cabins, higher up the hillside, are accessed by stairs which may be a problem for some. The room was a decent size (ours also had a box room with single bed) with a large shower/wet room - again suitable for disabled people. There was also a small hob, microwave & fridge so you could self cater if you wanted to. We found the local amenities (restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shops etc) all to be within easy walking distance & we ate out as a result .....besides which we were on holiday & didn't want to cook! The room was clean, the owner/receptionist very happy to help & welcoming & we couldn't have asked for more during our 2 night stay there. Highly recommended 😊
