"Genuinely a well located hotel in Paignton, overlooking the sea front. It's an older property, a little worn around the edges, and the WiFi only works in the reception area, but it's made up for by the friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and comfortable room. There is a lift, which is a rarity for this type of property, so it's a bit more accessible for less abled guests. Would highly recommend!"

Nice cosy bed, warm and comfortable no noise outside... The location is peaceful never heard cars or raised voices at night.... The location is close to the beach, 10 minute walk away, it has a nice pier with an amusement arcade food etc I am already planning another trip in the Spring, I rate this hotel a 10/10"
