"Always a great place to stay. However, we ran out of hot water! We called the front desk and we were told the entire hotel is in the same hot water heater and it must have ran out. I took a super cold shower and was not happy about that at all! It was awful. I needed a nice warm hot shower after a long day. Not happy!"

"We booked last minute, needed something close to the airport. It's outdated, could use new carpet, but it was comfortable and clean. You can walk outside and sit on the beach. Staff were very friendly."

"Although one of the older resorts on Kannapali, the property was well maintained, the staff was excellent other than the "Concierge", who after booking a catamaran tour for my wife and I, immediately shoved a screen in front of us requesting a large tip for 10 minutes work. It was insulting."
