"Hotel was great value but the check in process was terrible, we arrived at 8.20 pm and there was a sign at reception saying ‘gone to lunch, back at 8.45’ we didn’t get checked in until after 9. The manager said she wasn’t able to access the check in systems and the girl working, who is obviously entitled to lunch was entirely unapologetic and disinterested. This is a staffing issue and should have been an easy fix but instead there was a whole line of people waiting to check in with no apology or sympathy. Hotel itself was fine and very good considering the price."

"It was a nice quiet area. Well kept up. I think Patty was her name she was great and very kind. Only issue we had was the TV channel selection. I wish there was cable TV. Aside from that small issue overall great"
