The property looks like brand new. Everything looks fresh and works fine. The only minor thing was that you can't open a window to let fresh air in during the night.

The staff was unusually friendly. My room was clean and functional. I had hoped to soak in the hot tub, but it was winter and it was outdoors, so that was out. But even though this was in many ways just another Holiday Inn Express, I found it a cut above. The breakfasts just a bit better. Location good but not right on the highway. If I return to Pahrump, I will definitely stay here again.

Great new Hotel!
Amazing new place. Clean and well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast had good variety and quality. Breakfast was well stocked. Rooms are a good size and pool/Jacuzzi were heated and in good shape.

Misleading, we wanted a place by tge stip and once we got to vegas realized it was an hour away. They refused to give us a refund stating the manager wasn’t in. Hotels. com fo not support their customers.

major shortcomings.
Not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. People who stay here must have very low expectations. Only one person working front desk, resulting in long lines to check in or obtain information. Breakfast food is bland and the breakfast area is not nearly large enough. People were standing while eating breakfast. Windows in rooms don't open and room remained stuffy throughout stay.
