This was the best part of our trip! The staff was really nice and the local food places are excellent. The river walk is awesome! I will definitely stay here again!!

Quite a last minute find on our trip through Southern Colorado. Check in was a breeze with the staff answering all of our questions. Reminds me of a nice family run hotel with many more amenities than I expected. Obviously has been renovated recently with vinyl flooring, good WiFi, a small fridge and coffee machine with real cups! The property is located on a beautiful river walk ( hotel is appropriately named) We walked to a local brewery for good meal and great local beer. Will definitely stay there again on our travels.

It is an old property, but it was clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast needed some help. They had run out of waffle mix, I was told, and that is about the only thing my sons eat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and we would go back.

Skied at Wolf Creek - Stayed in Pagosa Springs
Stayed here for 1 night to link up 2 ski days at Wolf Creek. Hotel was very nice. Reasonably priced. Room very clean and a comfortable bed. Decor is nicely done. Would stay here again.

Book it!
Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location at a reasonable price, comfortable well appointed rooms for a short stay. Even though breakfast is billed as being served 7-9am, the early bird gets the muffins, then it’s gone! That known, I would definitely book there, if ever passing through there again!

Passing thru
It was a small hotel that had great reviews. We were passing thru town. It has been remodeled. Our room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

I liked that it was clean and walkable to just about everything. I didn’t like the loud music that was playing. Not sure if it was another guest or coming from the hotel. It sounded like it was in my room.

I felt the property was overpriced or what you got. The room smelled musty or smoky or something strange. You could hear every step someone took above you and there was a clickng noise all night long - maybe a boiler or something? Coffee was tasteless and breakfast was nothing but bagels, hard boiled eggs and cereal.

We were celebrating our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Very Very Clean. Location was perfect being next to the water. Walking distance to any where you want to go.. Staff was wonderful.. Nice updated rooms

It is in a great location. The first day the bagels were not fresh, a little hard. The next day the breakfast was good.

The hotel was noisy in the evening. I could hear walking above me and tvs around me. There was not place to lay out items on the bathroom vanity and there was no closet.

Impressed!
Very clean, even the windows! which easily slide open & are easy to lock; it's a big deal with me. I like the rustic furniture & flooring. There's a hair dryer, fridge and coffee maker. The room felt spacious, maybe because it's not cluttered with a large credenza, microwave, and closet. There are hooks & hangers on the walls and I liked seeing my clothes hanging where I could see them. There is a microwave in the common area along with an ice machine. They do recycling of certain materials. Host and staff are friendly and knowledgable about the area. I look forward to staying here again.
