Spent 3 days (cold weather) camping, and we needed to relax at a motel overnight before going home. Accidently stumbled upon Mountain Landing Suites. This king-size suite has a full kitchen, sofa, and a very comfortable bed, rustic furniture. Lots of room for a small family or 2 couples

Room was clean and very spacious. Kitchen was very clean and stocked with dishes, soap, etc. We stayed three nights at this facility with our two Border Collies and it was wonderful. The only one remark I would make there were areas outside our front door that other pet owners had not been responsible enough to clean up after their animals. Other than that I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with their pets!

Comfortable stay
We got a two-bedroom suite and it was huge. Two bedrooms were separated by the bathroom and the kitchen was fully equipped. Not too far from the main street and hot springs in Pagosa Springs.

Mountain Landing Suites
They were confused when we showed up with our service dog which I talked to someone about when I booked the room. SHould have been no issue. Also they claim to be dog friendly which is not really the case. They will put up with dogs but are very restrictive in where you can walk the dogs and lots of signs etc. THe area they direct you in front had no poo bags or trash cans to dispose of the poo even when we brought our own. They also were overly fussy on what we could do even to the point saying we could not cook fish or seafood in the kitchen which the room came with because it might stink too much.

It wasn't an issue that you had your dog. We work very hard to keep our lawns healthy, this is why we have designated areas. We do provide poop bags and trash containers at all the dog areas. It is very difficult to get cooked fish out of the rooms, so we ask that you be considerate of the next guest. However, we do provide a propane grill you can cook your fish on. Sorry you were unhappy with your stay.

CO Visit

3 day stay
Very nice place to stay. Dog friendly with big grass area for dogs. Homey and nice to have a separate bedroom and kitchenette. Clean room. Great in room coffee. Usually never even bother but the coffee was very good.

Refreshingly Good!
Arrived on site early, but we were allowed to check-in early. Room was clean and well stocked. Amenities were limited, but were well kept and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swim spa. Staff were courteous and helpful

It is situated in a pretty spot, lovely view and very clean. The hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment, and none of us could connect to the wifi. I spoke to the people on the two end units and they were able to connect, maybe it had something to do with being in a middle unit, but we tried 5 phones and 2 tablets, none would connect. It was inconvenient to not have wifi.

This property was a very convenient location being situated roughly in the middle of town but quieter because it's not on the main road. There was a bit of noise from the small landing strip next to it, but I only heard a few planes during the 2 nights we stayed. The room was nicely equipped with a kitchenette, a living room with a couch and dinette, and a very spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained on the property, and I would highly recommend staying here with one exception: the worn-out sofa bed desperately needed to be replaced! Otherwise, we thought it was great place to stay.

Location was great but there was only a wall air conditioning unit so the bedrooms were hot. Looks like it is the same for heating during the winter.
