The room was clean and large . Hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from train station and 20 minute walk to the Eremitani museum and the Scrovegni Chapel. Which I recommend seeing. Check in and out was fast and all staff were very helpful.

Nicer hotel than expected. They had a small "welcoming station". Room comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to train station; 25 min walk to the Basilica of St. Anthony.

The hotel is well kept, staff very friendly. Parking was available. However it cost ten euros every time you come in and out. Location is a 15 minute walk to dinner outside of the hotel. Pet friendly is at a cost of 20€ ok. Amenities in the room are basic, instant coffee and tea. Internet connection was spotty due to weather.

This property is in major need of a renovation. The carpets in the hallway are dirty and ripped. The bathrooms have tiles popping off the wall. Don't look behind the beds if you don't want to be grossed out. I've stayed at Nh properties before and have always been pleased. This one doesn't feel like it's part of the family at all. I was extremely disappointed. The breakfast was good.

This is a business hotel, not for tourism. Far from everything. Wifi is suck, slow and difficult to connect. Sometimes the signal is totally lost. Standard room is not big, but okay.

Old, run down rooms.

Hotel is very old, walls are covered in stains, both bathroom and bedroom. AC does not work (in my room and my colleagues, so this may be intentional). The window in the room is tiny. It takes 5 presses to flush the toilet (water runs only for 1 second). The Hairdryer would die after 5 seconds of using it. This maybe was a 4 star hotel 20 years ago, but definitely not anymore. Definitely not what a more typical NH hotel is.
