We paid for a sea view room, however the music in the evening was very loud even with windows shut. We opted to downgrade the following day to a room at the back with jungle view, which was much better. The rooms are okay, basic and could do with a refresh. The pool area is okay, plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel overall was okay but felt more 3* than 4*.

Great resort with great staff. My only issue was the temperature of the room and how dry the air was in my room. I also asked to book an airport transfer the day before, but the morning of they didn’t order it. So I had to resort to a Grab which turned out to be cheaper. Overall the staff was very friendly

We had a pleasant and wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and clean. We had a nice lakefront view. The beachside was also very clean. The resort is walkable distance from the street so good for shopping.
The food at the restaurants in the resort can be improved.
