"The hotel has a convenient location, but it could def. use a face lift. Due to location of LAX and a lot of concert goers nearby, there must be a huge turnover...which shows w/ the wear and tear around the property and in the room. Again, some upgrades and refreshing would go a long way. Staff was helpful w/ helpful w/ everything and the breakfast was adequate. Parking felt safe and easy."

"Had a great time. Super busy hotel. Convenient location to LAX. The only thing that is a downside is the parking. Way too expensive and if you’re getting picked up the line can take forever. But overall great stay ."

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and was quiet in the hallways . We loved having the free breakfast it was delicious and had so much variety. The hotel being so close to the wharf made it so easy to walk most places or catch the red or blue line sight seeing buses to tour the city. A block behind the hotel was a grocery store that we were able to get beverages and snacks for our room. There is a small snack store in the hotel also to get small items and beverages if wanted. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others."
