It has amazing restaurants on site, endless food and drinks, high quality entertainment in the evenings, and the rooms are impeccable. The staff is friendly, positive, and attentive to your needs. "The hotel is lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The service and kindness of the staff was exceptional, from Marco (Polo) to Abner, to Jareli and all the wait staff and bartenders. My only wish is that there was a restaurant with a focus on the cuisine of Mexico! The beachfront is beautiful. The property is very well cared for. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "

"I didnt find the difference between vip and regular stancy. The room was kind of damage like the room doors knobs were damage and the toilet sometimes didt acumulate water and sometimes didnt flush. On the pool i saw i sings that said only for adults but the bar was was onthe kids are i think this was incorrect. But other than that it was great. "

"We had the best time with our family at Marival. Our 9 and 6 year old thought it was a really fun place to visit. The multiple pools were great and the convenience of the beach being right there was perfect. Lots of great food options for the whole family and there was always something to do or see. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this resort and if you have kids it’s a great place to visit. "
