Al tener Gold, nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado y una entrada más temprano, pero creo que depende más de la disponibilidad (no parecía haber demasiada gente en el hotel. Habitación limpia, con aire acondicionado. La comida muy buena, variedad, tiene restaurantes para cena y de variedad. Bebidas llegan a la alberca o a la playa, excelentes meseros. El masaje en el Spa fue lo más recomendable, estuvo estupendo. Ya quiero regresar pronto. "

"This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"
