"The service at the restaurant the first day was bad, but the last day was good. Sheets and towels were changed daily, but we couldn’t get washcloths, only hand towels. The AC worked well, but they didn’t provide warm blankets. Very nice at front desk!"

"Overall couldn't be happier with our stay. Travelled with 3 children ages 11, 14 and 15. There was always something going on to do. The entertainment team was amazing. Food was good, no reservations but had no issues getting in where we wanted to. The renovations are great. For the price couldn't ask for anything more from this resort. DON'T MISS THE MICHAEL JACKSON SHOW"

"I can’t reccomend Meliá highly enough. From the moment we got here the staff was so accommodating and nice. Our whole stay was amazing, everything from the pool, beach, rooms and bars were top notch and the location is perfect for the low key travelers and it is very family friendly. We will definitely be coming back here, thank you to the whole staff. "

"The food at the buffet was good, but the other restaurants were not great. My room had an overwhelming smell of mildew and all of my clothes and luggage smelled like it when I got home. I have not been able to get the smell out."
