"It was smooth experience… staff was friendly "

"Very poor condition of property. Filthy bedsheets, they do not have breakfast even though Expedia was advertising this property as free breakfast. I just went there and left the hotel as it was very dirty , bedsheets had stains on them. Toilet was not even flushed and the rooms were not prepared at all. Would not recommend unless owners make changes and start maintaining the property well . No safe parking either "

"From check in to exit, communication was poor, ypu had to pull options out of staff, low energy and cancellations of events etc is another story, and most food options from the menu were not available."

"I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good...

"I didn’t get hot water in the shower and there weren’t many choices in the breakfast location was a little far from city area too. it was ok for a one night stay but I won’t stay in the hotel again. "

"Checkin was not smooth as the hotel said they have not received my booking and it took them several hours to find my booking. At checkout again the receptionist asked for room payment which was already paid during booking. Breakfast menu was very limited and not up to the mark in quality & taste. "

"The bathroom was really very poorly maintained. Too dirty to even take bath. Didn't expected such poor conditions at this price."

"Staff are very polite and always helpful. Everyone keep smiling. Nice evening entertainment. Perfect place to stay with family!"

"Service is awesome "

"I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."
