"I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time. When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport. EXCELLENT SERVICE!"

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. "Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. "
