It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. "Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "Hotels.com advised of free parking and of the City Tax On arrival, I was told the the City Tax was €7.50 and that parking was €8.50. The room was cool, there was no soap in the shower , and the water was luke warm. Apart from that the location was very convenient for the train to Venice"

"Tried to contact “hotel” via phone number & message to ask about luggage storage but never replied or contacted back. After reading the bad reviews booked other lodgings as could not confirm if they had luggage storage or elevators. "

Il personale gentile e disponibile ma non era presente all'arrivo nell' orario di check in indicato e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti. Camera abbastanza confortevole, letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Lascia a desiderare la pulizia km generale e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Parcheggio interno disponibile. "
