"Customer service is poor, they put a guest out of there room because there own staff member assigned the guest to a room that was already booked instead of assigning the guest another room. Terrible!!!!"

"When we first arrived to the hotel it looked a little shady. There was a truck that had its window busted out and a card from the police left in it. There was broken glass in other areas of the parking lot indicating that it was a problem. The hotel did have night security. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff was friendly. You could smell marijuana as soon as you went towards the elevator and guest rooms. There are signs prohibiting its use but they are not enforced. The gym was basic and the breakfast was as expected. I likely would not stay again."

"There were somebody’s clothes and shoes in the room. The window of the street level room was wide open."

"There was supposed to be a breakfast and there was nothing. The reviews and the advertisement in the app say there is a breakfast and there was none wall sockets outlets. Light switches were cracked. The phone will not hold a charge due to the electrical outlets being loose."

"Not up to the usual Drury standards, but a nice place to stay. I was surprised the building was noisy. I could hear voices from my room, and I am not sure if they were coming from a nearby room or outside. Also could here hallway noises unusually loud. The place was not clean and is somewhat worn."
