"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "Peaceful lake, quiet area, nice overall room. You can get there by bus, but it's coming once per hour and it doesn't run too late. The onsen had the sulphur smell (rotten egg), but it's the natural spring "flavor". Breakfast was specific japanese, though not really to our liking (no fault of the hotel)"

"Yutorelo is located right along the main strip of Chuzenji Onsen, making it very convenient for catching the bus between Nikko Station and all the hikes heading up to Yudaki Onsen. The property itself is a very fun, young hostel vibe, with good WiFi and games (i.e. a collection of board games and ping pong), an efficient check-in/out process, and helpful staff. The view from the room and the lounge is also extraordinary."
