"Happy with our brief stay. Staff were positive and always on hand to help. Probably the nicest and largest spa in the area (and we've tried them all). Decent large pool and very clean surrounding pool area with private beach. Theres a kids club and a games room. Would definitely recommend."

"Beautiful property, excellent food/varieties, great location, very comfortable bed + bedding! The outdoor pool was refreshing however the steps to go in it were oddly very high and a bit difficult to get in and out of the pool. The restaurant by pool was excellent including the service + staff. Loved breakfast buffet! The restaurant on 19th floor was great but the service was not. Waiting till we finished appetizers to deliver my Coca Cola drink but the other two guests got their drinks. There were only 3 tables full. Did not care for the toilet directly behind the door or the half open shower. No concierge, the reception staff wasn’t quite sure of arranging any activities or directing us. Ended up us g my guide which was fine but you’ll have to uber about 20 min away for most meeting places for activities. All in all, it was a wonderful experience- took advantage of the VIP spa services for couples and was not disappointed! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at Casa Fontana in July 2026 and had such a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alaçatı. The location is perfect, only a two minute walk from the centre, so everything is within easy walking distance. The service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and always checked in to see if we needed anything. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, giving directions and calling taxis whenever we needed one, which made our stay so easy. The hotel has a beautiful Italian feel that honestly made us feel like we were in Portofino! It has a really relaxing atmosphere with two lovely pools and there were always sunbeds available. We didn't get the chance to use the spa, but it's a great addition to the hotel. Breakfast was included and was a delicious traditional Turkish *serpme kahvaltı*. Fresh eggs and sides were prepared however we wanted them, and the manager even said they would happily make something different if there was anything else we wanted. The hotel is excellent value for money. Our room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day, and the housekeeping staff were so kind and always asked if we needed anything. Check in and check out were also quick and easy thanks to the lovely receptionist. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again!"

"I always enjoy coming to Altinyunus. It is iconic since my childhood so I have subjective love to this place. In addition to the beaches, I used thermal pools. Massage was great. Due to karge space you do not feel crowded. Close to many amenities in the city. Free parking. I ll be back again."

"AC in the room would go off every time we opened the balcony door which is normal. However, it would not restart after closing the door. We had to call the reception every single time for them to restart it from their end. Our room did not get cleaned one day during our stay despite calling the housekeeping and had to ask one of the employees cleaning other rooms for clean towels, water, etc."
