"I would rate this stay just about OK... not commensurate with the high rating which has been given to the hotel. To begin with the person at the reception was absolutely expression-less with no sense of welcome at all. Not even a glass of water was offered on arrival (despite the hot summer temperature outside). No Wi Fi, no iron box, no toiletries (except a small one inch square soap) was provided in the room.
