"We travel 16 hours from Houston to Iowa a few times a year. The Hampton at the Kansas Star is a perfect half-way stop to relax, recharge and get ready for the 2nd half of the drive. The food is great in the restaurant. Watch sports on the big TVs. Play a game in the casino, then stroll up for a good night's sleep. There's a [name omitted for legal reasons] Motel about 45 minutes down the road in Nothing, Oklahoma where we used to stay. It was - at best - sketchy; at worst - scary. Since we discovered the Hampton - we don't stay there anymore. :) Thank you, Hampton."
