"The shower was dirty. No toilet paper in room.tv didn't work. Staff acted as if I they were doing me a favor"

"Room was outdated but it was clean. Free breakfast selection was awful. Couldn't get ahold of front desk to let them know I was running late, their phone wasn't working. Area of the hotel was a little ghetto. And they charged my cc $50 when they told me it was just be a hold, still waiting on my refund."

"I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!"

"The only thing good about this hotel is the bed. They definitely spent the budget on the bed in each room because thats is the only amazing thing about this hotel. The breakfast was horrible. They only give waffles. Over ripe bananas and apples, cereal ( fruit loops and raisins bran), over cooked eggs and flat round sausage. Small mini muffins and a few bagels and toast. You get what you pay for. The ice machine broke, the coffee machine was always empty after 5pm and only decaffeinated. The Elevator doors and elevator inside and out was so dirty you couldn't see your reflection in the steel. The manager seem so disinterested and not welcoming. I Will never recommend or tell anyone to book this hotel unless they are very desperate to stay somewhere for cheap and dirty. This is a hotel for people who dont like to live or dont mind staying in a dirty environment. Just because a customer wants to save money doesn't mean they have to endure dirty living environment."
