"Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke"

"It was nice, clean and the staff was pretty friendly. We stayed there because we went to a convention. Our issue was that we had my niece with us. She is 20 years old. One of the restaurants that we wanted to go to, you had to go through the casino, so, we were unable to go. Why they don't have a door to get in outside of the casino is beyond me. Other than that, it was fine."

"Had to speak with the front desk after first morning after very little warm water in the bathroom. Next morning was a bit better but still took a while to warm up and never got hot. We paid for the breakfast add on when we booked, breakfast was good. Bed was really firm."

"Breakfast at the hotel was not very good in our opinion. Wait staff was slow and seemed to not know what to do. Room was clean and had all the necessary products. The "new" person at check in was fantastic."
