"Was promised complementary breakfast for two and they charged it to my card even after multiple times front desk said it was in my file and promised I would not be charged Called to let them know and still waiting for them to get back to me"

"Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foodsz juices and coffee. They have nightly snacks and drink options from 5-7pm that were pretty good. Everything was clean and maintained. The restaurant that's attached to the hotel offers shuttles to different areas if you dine with them which was helpful for the ballgame. The parking was a little confusing at first, there is a parking garage but you have to have your room key to enter. We did not utilize the pool area but it did have a decent indoor pool. I would stay again."
