"The price you pay is for the location, and it's perfect location. Steps from beach and the neighbourhood, full of everything you need, include a metro station. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms are adequate. Very firm beds but surprisingly comfortable. Beach-facing rooms have double-paned glass. Rooftop bar & pool is small, so don't plan on there always being space to lounge there. "

"I would like to thank Manager of front desk (check in, etc). When I had problems with front desk he/she solved it immediately. The birthday surprise of the hotel for my wife made her and us very happy. They are checking about birth days of their customers. This is great and congrulations!!!!"

"Very clean, friendly staff, we loved everything!! I asked the staff to hold our bags and they were really nice and polite. The only thing I would complain is the air conditioner really high but when I asked them to put it down, they did :)"

"The staff was great, especially Douglas!! He was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, and spacious. We were supposed to have a balcony room, but it wasn’t ready for us, so they offered us a larger room, which we happily accepted. It was VERY close to Copacabana beach- 3 mins, but also walking distance to Ipanema 8 mins. Very safe location. Breakfast was very good. Would have loved other protein options beside ham, and maybe a waffle station but the FRUIT was fresh and delicious, and so many pastries it was hard to choose! Fresh squeezed juice was also delicious. Overall great stay!! "

"I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!"
