"Way to noisy couldn’t sleep till 5am 😩😩😩woke up exhausted tired, beds are outdated, won’t go back again !"

"Good stay with fantastic friendly staff, only negative was the leaking shower and block bathroom sink which was replaced but resolved while on visit. Overall stay was good."

"Great location"

"Lovely clean property, friendly staff. Great gym and really nice breakfast."

"It was a lovely place to finish our Intrepid Morocco trip and we stayed an extra night and enjoyed the facilities at the hotel!"

"Great hotel, clean and staff is amazing"

"The location was centrally located and easily accessible by taxi/uber. Staff were helpful. The rooms were somewhat dated but comfortable enough. Breakfast was pleasant, but it felt as if they may have been understaffed. The two pools were nice and the upstairs rooftop bar was the best."

"Beautiful place inside La Medina, the place is better than what the pictures let you see. The hostess that received us was pretty amazing he give us a complete tourist guide of the places that must been seen and how to get through all Marrakesh!! We truly recommend to stay here for your next trip!"

"The service was excellent and the staff was helpful when needed. Hotel location was convenient for my personal need and might be far for others. However with car it was worth the stay and ability to have a good night sleep without the motorcycles noise at nights which is major problem in Marrakech."

"Great staff, food and clean hotel."

"Great hotel very friendly staff"

"The staff at Riad Khabia were very accommodating and welcoming. Rashid welcomed us warmly and gave us a clear explanation of places we could visit. The riad is very well located, fairly close to the souks of Marrakech, but far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. The breakfast at the riad was excellent and they packed us breakfast-on-the-go when we had early morning excursions."

"Great location and unique atmosphere. Great pool and good activities. Special stay and would consider going again. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the pools are nice. It’s wonderful having restaurants in the hotel too. The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is like a spa. Very nice hotel, we hope to stay again."

"I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!"

"It was a very good stay , good facilities and great staff , was an amazing time "

"Great property with nice staff. They were very helpful for our stay. The property was beautiful with two pools and lots of space to lounge around. The tangine we had for dinner was AMAZING!"
