"I highly recommend this hotel. Everything you need and more! Very nice with lots of amenities. Great staff. Also lots of vegan options at the restaurant by lobby (buffet and Ala carte)! Shuttle bus is wonderful. Just be on time or the bus will leave you."

"I was unsure about how good the hotel would be simply based on the price, it was outstanding value for money. Very clean and new rooms as well as excellent refreshments available 24/7. Would recommend anyone who needs to stay in the Sumida area stay here. 10/10"

"成田空港からの乗り継ぎ便を待つために利用 安いので予約しました 部屋は写真よりも古い感じでした。 バスタブ付きだったので利用しました。水を流したら外に溢れてきました。 フロントデスクに連絡したら、早急に対応してくれて部屋を変えてくれました。 荷物を出してなくてよかっ たです。 電子レンジがコンビニの中にしかないのと、ウォーターサーバーなどがないのは残念でした。でもフリーシャトルやこの値段なので文句は言えません シャトルの運転手さんも親切でした"

"It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable. The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland—it’s only two stations away and very convenient. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which was a big plus. Another convenience was the direct train ride to Tokyo Station, which took about 22 minutes with no transfer. Overall, a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location."
