"The staff at the International Garden Hotel are the sweetest nicest people! They treated us so well during both of our stays! The hotel was clean & well maintained. The room was quite large compared to some other hotels we stayed at in Japan. And they offered free shuttle services to & from the airport & the Narita train station. "Really nice hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic, they were very polite and kind and very helpful. I Loved the fact that the train station was literally around the corner next to the hotel, the best way to travel around Tokyo is by trains, it's very cheap and convenient. I would advice you just get a Suica travel card you can add it to your apple wallet if you have an iPhone, you can just top up whenever needed. The Suica cards can also be used in the drink vending machines and all the shops and restaurants.
