Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. No apologies, not even his/her...

"We stayed in Stable cottage, lovely place, the owners were lovely people, extremely clean and very comfy, with all the home comforts. "

"Lovely little diary cottage with plenty of space for the two of us. Everything you’d need for a stay in the country side and only a short distance to Exeter and its attractions."

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"Great apartment, convenient location, excellent communication. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room in this comfortable, well equipped and well furnished apartment. Parking can be a bit difficult, but we always managed. The shop is quite well stocked and Naveed communicated well and promptly."

Great location, clean and comfortable

"Great stay as usual here. We use this as a stop off point on our way to Cornwall. Great location, plenty of parking, breakfast included. Rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade but they are clean and the other factors make up up for this. "

Lovely weekend getaway

"Really lovely hotel in the perfect location and great staff. Lovely terrace and gardens to enjoy a drink on a sunny afternoon. Can genuinely say all the staff were helpful and friendly- they really make this place. The only downside is it desperately needs a lick of paint outside. Can't really grumble about the interior, just the odd tired looking bit of furniture here and there but its the outside that would benefit the most from a little tlc"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo, it was the perfect setting for a relaxing couples’ getaway. The boutique feel, stylish decor, and cozy atmosphere made it feel both luxurious and intimate. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that really added to the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal for exploring, but also offered a peaceful retreat when we wanted to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back! "
