Great apartment in convenient location

Great apartment, convenient location, excellent communication. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room in this comfortable, well equipped and well furnished apartment. Parking can be a bit difficult, but we always managed. The shop is quite well stocked and Naveed communicated well and promptly.

Wonderful location for beautiful Dawlish

The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care.

This property served a purpose for 2 nights but wouldn't stay again. Parking was tricky, as neighbours and mot garage using the spaces allocated. Attention to cleanliness was poor, especially in kitchen (oven filthy)and shower rooms ( mould in grouting). We decided on a property with 2 bathrooms because there were 7 of us. The biggest problem was that you couldn't use both at the same time! Infact you couldn't run any water else where in the property including flushing a loo, without causing issues for person having a shower. Wet room style shower room upstairs was a slip hazard with no non slip tiles. A bath mat was provided but to be used effectively would have to be placed over the drainage point. Dining area only seats 4 definitely not up to 8 as advertised. And downstairs bedroom has a glazed door so completely no privacy. The annoying thing is that the welcome message that you receive 24hrs before arriving states these problems with water etc... so why not get them fixed if you are aware of them.
