"Clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast but I wish there were more variety since we stayed here for more than 2 nights and breakfast menu was almost always the same every day. Front desk staff were very helpful when approached."

"Absolutely perfect from start to finish! This property is incredible. Definitely a must stay in Victoria! The grounds are like castle gardens. Stunning to wander around and smell the roses. Every staff member was so helpful and pleasant to interact with. The amenities were incredible! I am very picky and I loved their rose lotion! Food here is incredible! Our room view was so stunning from our tower suite! You can walk pretty much everywhere from this location! And they will arrange your transportation to any further attractions. The Old Spaghetti Factory is nearby and we highly recommend trying it! Our room was incredible and kept immaculately clean! Room services for meals is precise to your order and right on time! The entire staff goes way above and beyond to make your stay memorable and seamless! You won’t want to leave! "

Comfortable lounge area at the front and the restaurant/bar had the most amazing bar manager and bartenders. Food was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious. Location excellent to walk the harbour area."
