"The room was as expected for a hotel of this level and we enjoyed the Options Jazz Bar on Saturday night, but i feel like the positives ended there. The pet policy was very restrictive almost to the point of being ridiculous. A $250 cleaning fee held on my credit card on top of the $25/pet/day plus a no barking policy... My poor pups were anxious for our whole stay because we took all precautions to jeep them from reacting to people passing in the hallway. My room choice on hotels.com was for 2 queen beds but when I checked in they said my reservation was for a king bed, so we paid $15/day for a rollaway cot. The other unfriendly fee was the $20/day for parking which they charged because they could. "I always like coming to this hotel. It's walking distance from pubs,restos,shops and near parliament and other historical landmarks. This hotel is great if you like having a bigger space to relax and cook your own food and have a nice relaxing time on the balcony. I had another amazing stay here and I'll be back soon."

"Room is spacious, clean, bed is comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside is that too many people at breakfast and not enough seating - was chaotic and this was my 2nd stay here and same issue. Later evening parking not available underground as usually full quickly and parking available in convention center parking lot and no cost. Just make sure you register your car so no surprises. "

"The room was not very clean for a hotel of this price. One area of the carpet was wet, not sure whether it was from a pipe leaking in the floor or something similar. It was 1 °C outside that night, and the room had no heating. The bed had a light comforter, and additional blankets were nowhere to be seen. Overall, very disappointing experience. "
