"Easy check-in with very helpful staff both outside (to help unload the car and put on carts) and inside at the desk to check in and give tips on local events and attractions. Room was clean and perfect for our family. Pool was nice for the kids. Very convienient location close to the War Memorial and Parliament. Short walk to many other museums and attractions so after parking we were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay again when in Ottawa"
