Bathroom door knob was faulty. If you close it once from outside you cannot open it. Refrigerator had a coil which can hurt someone.

Overall a good choice for the price

Rooms are fine, clean, average size, well equipped. Service and breakfast was very limited due to covid. Air conditioning very loud. Halls needed some vacuuming Location is good but not within walking distance from main down town

Absolutely amazing stay. Great location! Great staff!! Definitely would come back again! They were accommodating to my babies and their needs of having a infant bed and let me borrow their high chair !! It was nice considering Covid and restrictions ! However my only slight disappointment was the breakfast. I was under the impression would be breakfast that we could pick from however was prepacked however handy(I understand for Covid safety) just for two infants was not ideal so we went out for breakfast instead ! Not a deal breaker but just to be pointed out ! Besides that everything was absolutely perfect and definitely will be coming back again !! We loved it so much we arranged to stay an extra day with hotel !! Definitely highly recommend

When I came with the kids into the hotel ready to check-in at 10:30 pm I was informed that even though we can pay for the stay with debit the security deposit must be with an active credit card on site. The person at the front desk being unable to help because she was not authorized to take the security deposit from debit, nor cash. We got stranded with no rooms or a place to stay. We eventually found a place that we could stay at the excepted cash for the security deposit. Before you stay make sure you have a valid Credit card for the security deposit or anything like the extra parking fee.

The property was ok. I was not that pleased the VIP perk was half price for parking. At $ 13 a per day even after the VIP discount is not much of a bargain. I also realized housekeeping wasn't offered due to COVID, but it seemed whoever cleaned it before I came in didn't do a very good job. I noticed a raisin right underneath the bed which was disappointing.

Close to all restaurants

Due to Covid-19, we didn't expect much. We know there will be a social distancing & we know that our breakfast will be on the go. But I am glad that the front desk advise us to call them if we need something like new towels, soap, etc, and someone will bring it over to our room (however they will leave it in front of your door with the stuff on the plastic bag, so pay attention with the knock as sometimes you won't be able to hear it). You can call them too if you want to deliver your breakfast over to your room. Service? Excellent. There's also another thing that we love about the area...there are a lots of restaurants nearby. The area is very quiet & we were able to sleep well. We were glad that we chose this hotel even if it is a 20 minutes walk to Parliament Hill. Overall, we had a excellent stay.

The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. The location is great and close to many stores and restaurants along Bank Street, and walking distance to attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Thumbs up to the excellent 'Service' - the hotel pre-arranged accessible items such as bath chair and raise toilet seat for my senior parents. The room we were in was comfortable and clean.
