"I paid a little more for what I expected to be a higher end property and it does look like they’re trying. However, the coffee maker didn’t work, credit card machine at bar (for breakfast which was very good but pricey and no continental breakfast!) electrical outlets didn’t work, water didn’t get hot, leak in several halls and location was less than desirable. Staff seemed pleasant. For a $100 deposit things need to be improved drastically. "

"The location is perfect and just a block away from the river walk so it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. Read about the history of the place - it’s quite interesting. It’s right next door to the famed Olde Pink House restaurant. Go downstairs to their “haunted” tavern."

"Amazing Hotel and Experience!!!"

"Staff was very helpful and efficient. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Only negative was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Location was excellent."
