Just book it !

Excellent place to stay, 3 bedroom was perfect, nice space, big tv, lots of kitchenwear, you have everything you need. Quiet and good sleep as well, just book.

Nice place, a little bit outside , but with good connection to the city. Clean and modern. For me was bed to soft.

Everything was clean and good . Only that the washing women was knocking on the door MANY times when I was sleeping, BEFORE checkout. This destroyed my sleep. In the end they just unlocked the door and came in. I had to wake up, take my clothes on, and tell then Im sleeping, get out. Between the check-in and check-out this is MY home, Im paying to stay here. So NOT okay. If the clock was 11:00 or more, of course its okey. But not before!

Very clean, great location, no communication

Impeccably clean and comfortable. Great locatio, 20 min walk to university, 5 minutes to great shops and restaurants and bakeries. The only concern I had was lack of communication. There is a phone number on their google map but is not in service, they don’t answer their emails either. Emailed them to see if we can get an extra pillow and bedding, also to figure out how to pick the balcony door ( European lock, unfamiliar to American travellers), no answer at all. A simple “no, we don’t provide extra pillows “ would have sufficed.

Great location in Majorstuen, clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed non-serviced apartment. The sliding bedroom doors did not fully close or lock, leaving a 5cm gap to the wall and creating a bit of a privacy issue (2-bedroom, garden floor unit)

We got an apartment on the ground floor with a view on a carpark. Not exactly as described and shown in the photos. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied, no coffee maker, you could not sit on the outside chairs for fear of falling through, the dish washer was old, smelled and made too much noise, the washing machine did not work. Overall in my view not worth the amount they charge for that particulair apartment. However, the cleaner does a good job.

We had a very unpleasant experience with this The Apartment Company. They are not organized at all. They kept sending me messages to ask payment multiple times. Secondly after we checked into our unit, there is no toilet paper. Even surprisely, there is no window covering for the bead room. I called the central office but none of the issues can be solved because the maintenance staff and the house keeper are all off work already. I asked to change to another unit, they said they cannot. Basically we slept in the headroom without window covering. It is not dark as the street light come through. I don’t recommend this place to stay to avoid an unpleasant surprise!

El apartamento cumple bien la función, dormir para ir a conocer al día siguiente la ciudad. Es limpio, la entrada es fácil sin embargo por desconocimiento del lugar podríamos los turistas complicarnos en la Entrada. El punto de mejora es para la comunicación, no hay nadie quien pueda ayudarte fácilmente ante una situación particular, solo un teléfono y nosotros no contábamos con acceso telefónico. Pero por lo demás está bien.

Oppholdet varte i 9 dager i forbindelse med familie på sykehus. Flott å ha en hel leilighet med Joker og Bunnpris innen 5 min gange. Fikk nytt sengetøy og påfyll av håndklær halvveis i oppholdet. Det var rent og pent i hele bygget, nytt og alle fasiliteter i leiligheten. Sentralt med 12 min gange til Majorstuen og 5 min til buss. Parkering i bakgård og ved veg. Savner telefonnummer ved spørsmål, måtte sende mail og det tok en dag og to for å få svar. Alt i alt meget bra og vil benytte dette til både jobb og fornøyelse ved en annen anledning.

Un bon logement (appartement standard, 1 chambre) avec beaucoup de "mais". - Des instructions d'arrivée claires MAIS envoyées au dernier moment par mail (rien par SMS contrairement à ce qui est annoncé) et contradictoires avec ce qui est écrit dans l'appli. - Possibilité de quitter l'appartement plus tard MAIS aucune réponse aux trois demandes que j'ai envoyées par mail. - Literie très confortable MAIS le lit pour deux est coincé entre trois murs donc pour accéder au fond du lit, il faut enjamber l'autre occupant. - Immeuble sécurisé par un code d'accès MAIS les portes-fenêtres du rez-de-chaussée sont librement accessibles à l'arrière du bâtiment (et la nôtre n'était pas verrouillée à notre arrivée). - Draps et serviettes propres MAIS pas de gel douche ni de savon (c'est précisé, mais il faut en être conscient). - Un agent intervient en cas d'alarme incendie MAIS il ne semble pas vraiment pressé et n'attendez aucune communication de la part de la société de location. - Il y a un grand salon et une salle à manger séparée MAIS la chambre est à peine plus grande que le lit et il est difficile de se glisser dans la douche entre les toilettes et le lave-linge. Le lavabo est tellement peu profond que pour se laver les dents au-dessus, il faut coller son visage au miroir. L'emplacement est excellent, dans une zone résidentielle chic, à proximité de commerces et de transports (bus et tram). L'appartement est propre et bien équipé (lave-linge et lave-vaisselle).

食器や調理器具が揃っていたので調味料を持参と食材購入だけで済んで良かったです。 食洗機やランドリーも部屋に備え付けのため長期滞在向きでした。強いて言えば乾燥がとてつもないので加湿が重要だと思いました。

Fin lägenhet dålig kommunikation

Lägenheten var jättefin, men tyvärr förstördes vår vistelse av att grannarna hade fest till klockan fyra på morgonen. Vi ringde journumret men inget hände. När vi tog upp det i receptionen på söndagen lovade de att framföra ärendet till ansvarig och återkomma, men vi har inte hört något. Boendet kan säkert vara bra när allt fungerar som det ska, men kommunikationen och hanteringen av problem behöver bli mycket bättre.
