"I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded appliances, AND a broken lock. I paid for two nights and only stayed one night because I felt that unsafe. I wish I had the option to not even stay the one night as I woke up several times to the fear that someone was breaking in my room. When I tried to get a refund from the hotel I was denied and gaslit by the front desk. Don’t risk your life here."

"Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)"

"Pool was closed but the hot tub was functioning. Half of the jets worked and felt like warm bath water. Room and sheets were clean. Staff was friendly. For a cheap nights stay it wasn’t too terrible! "

"The staff are wonderful and everything is clean. The property is dated, but well maintained. I stayed as a solo woman and felt safe. Parking is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I've noticed hotels in MN are generally quite dated so for a European abroad, they seem less appealing but I sincerely enjoyed my trip and would return. The iron wasn't great and I didn't bring my own, so would on the next visit. You wouldn't use this location for a special occasion, but as a safe space to sleep and a convenient location to visit downtown and the Twin Cities, it is ideal. "

"This place is Disgusting and run down my room was gross and not clean what so ever I question if the sheets were even changed. I checked in at 9pm and left at 3 am I couldn’t sleep I was so grossed out I had to get out of there of course there was no reception around at 3 am to voice my complaints so back on the road I went all tired.
