"My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in Stillwater stayed at the Crosby Hotel for one night. Hotel is centrally located to everything that you would want to do in Stillwater. We were greeted by a very happy and positive staff who immediately wanted to make our stay amazing… And they did. In our room was a bottle of wine and a card that said happy anniversary with two glasses beside it. Very thoughtful! Hotel room is very classy. Everything about the hotel is very classy, chic bougie and decorated to the nines. Outdoor patio patios, front and back. You will love this place. Don’t pass it up!"

"I always enjoy my stay there, I got an executive suite this time kitchen refrigerator wasn't very clean and the hot tub needs to be repainted and the bubbler needs to be fixed it's been like this for 2 years now and it's still the same which I don't understand why they don't do upgrades other than that I enjoy it because I like chisago City and it's close by my son to visit with him but I really wish they would fix the hot tub, because it doesn't look very appealing"

"Check-in person was very nice and helpful. We were given an upstairs room as requested. It was very large but unfinished. There was no place to hang our clothes. There was no light over the bathroom sink. There was no light by the corner chair (not possible to read there at night). One change from the last time I was at the hotel : there is a mattress cover. Not a positive change since it makes crunchy noises. Also, since they are updating the hotel, I suggest they attach large bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the tub wall. They should upgrade to be more sustainable and environmentally conscious. The small bottles of shampoo and conditioner add too much plastic to landfill."
