Everything thing was great, except we couldn’t charge our phones in our room. Not in the lobby either. We weren’t able to charge our phones. The made it impossible to capture memories. The receptionist finally find an outlet behind the desk that could change our phones. We bought new chargers and they just wouldn’t charge in our room or the lobby. Great location.

Pros: Clean rooms, nice staff, close to the beach. Cons: resort fees per day, and hearing the noise outside my room (inside the hotel from staff or other guests). Overall, it was a nice and peaceful experience.

The stay was amazing. My only complaint and hated the live entertainment, band at NOLAS Lounge. At night I want a DJ and fun party, club experience l. It was never crowded and people kept coming and going because the atmosphere was terrible inside and the club was closed

You are no longer checked in at the front desk, the staff directs you to use a kiosk. The Chelsea Tower is very far from the main casino, only 1 elevator was working the other 2 were broken. The hotel room was outdated and the shower kept leaking causing the floor to pool with water. Not recommend ...
