What's good 1. Quite 2. Next to outlet but a bit distant away from the train station. 3. Offers most of the usual stuff like in room sandals, toothbrush and toothpaste and razer. What's not so good 1. Check out time is 10am and if you wish to extend to 12pm, you need to pay extra. I don't see many guest but they insist they need to clean the room. 2. Breakfast, not much varieties. You can go to the food court in outlet for your daily meals.

Clean but not comfortable
Clean hotel woth lovely staff, but if you are looking for decent bed to get some quality sleep before heading to the airport, this is NOT your hotel.

Hidden gem Nice and professional staff Large rooms with a full size bed(medium firm and comfortable). Bathroom was small compared to other business hotels , but it has everything from a tub, toiletries , hairdryer, Pajamas and soft towels . The rooms were quiet . Residents were respectful. In house restaurant that looks inviting and appealing. I did not partake. 5 minute walk to Rinku Outlet mall, food court and coffee, 15 minute to Rinku Station(10 minute train ride to KIX) 20 minutes to the local restaurants and bars Great stay

Very nice and clean, very close to the KIX and Starbucks inside the outlet mall. Staff are very attentive and polite too. Will definitely come back here again.

Should be half price at the very best
The hotel is all right. Located near an outlet mall, few miles from the airport, and about half a mile from the rail road station. The breakfast was a bit limited with the offer. Service is good and the cleanliness is good. However, must notice that it is not worth the cost!

Nice room, but the toiletries are very minimum and some you need to collect from the reception counter. It is just a walking distant to Rinku Premium Outlet and Rinku Town train station. There is cheap shuttle bus service between Rinku Premium Outlet and KIX airport (200yen/trip), but it only starts at 10am. If you have an early flight to catch up, you need to walk a little bit farther to the train station and take the train to the airport. No shuttle bus service from the hotel.

Great location and bikes to use
Great location next to outlet mall and one stop from Kansas Airport made this very convenient for my last two nights in Japan. Hotel had bike you could rent for 500 yen which was nice for a day

I would not stay here again. We tried to check in at 1:15pm and were told there would be an $80 charge ($20 per person) - so the room was ready, but they just wanted extra money. Room had a weird smell. Lunch and breakfast were mediocre at best and restaurant did not accept credit cards. Certainly the worst hotel we stayed at in Japan.

Great stay located near Kansai Airport
Room was spacious for a family of four. There were 2 beds and 2 futons. Set up of futons was fuss-free. Conveniently located.

Good place to stay when you have an early flight
Nice room. The staff were really friendly. It was a great place to stay before an early flight the next day because it is really close to the airport and the price was really good

Great location for both airport access and for the outlet mall if you're there for the shopping. Super friendly staff for both check-in and check-out. Short walk to the train station to get to the airport.

Terrible hotel. No shuttle to the airport. The check-in staff was very rude. The hotel was newly constructed and the hallway smelled like chemicals. The toilet had a pee odor. Totally overpriced.

Comfortable hotel close to the airport
Room was spacious allowing us to have all three luggage cases open at one time. Close to the airport but not too close to the station so we had to taxi both ways but relatively convenient if boarding an early morning flight.
