Search Lodges in Osa Peninsula

This is one of the most special places I have ever visited. The location was just beautiful and going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the Pacific (and monkeys playing in the trees outside the cabin!) was amazing. The food was fantastic and extremely plentiful - you definitely won't go hungry here! The staff were really friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely love their jobs and spending time talking to guests (thanks especially to Paula). The only things I can fault are that 1.there...

The lodge is beautifully designed, open plan, wooden construction, cottages set in the forest open to the sights and sounds. The food is lovely. There are a range of public spaces and well made trails into primary forest giving several kilometres of walking. We saw frogs, leaf cutter ants, turtles, monkeys, butterflies, toucans, hummingbirds and much more. The staff are knowledgable. The lodge is owned and run by a family committed to protecting and restoring the forest and run the Lodge in a...

Hi This place is great lots of birds at tree level and the his and hers showers are a nice touch. It's quite a walk up to some of the rooms so bear that in mind. The hotel restaurant is good and is also close to another new restaurant on the beach. The breakfast was great and the hosts were good. One the nicer places in drake bay but also slightly expensive, I will also mention the mosquito grills on the vents did let small flies in but I was at the start of the rainy season too. All great...

La Leona is am amazing space just off the beach, nestled into the jungle, totally cut off from the rest of the world as there is no cell signal and no wifi. We loved it, and the two guys running it while we were there were fab. Food was tasty (although certainly not cheap, and there are no other options), and they helped us organise a guided tour into Corcovado which we would definitely recommend (going with a guide also helps support the local economy on the peninsula which has been really...

Good food and service . The beach is sadly no good too rocky and sea dirty.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from the family who owned the lodge. Our bags were taken to our cabin while we had lunch (all meals were included) and then we were shown to the cabin from where we had fantastic views of the Pacific. The lodge is situated in a beautiful jungle estate with walking trails which enabled us to see some amazing wildlife but it is only a five minute walk from the beach and there is excellent surfing nearby. There is a very knowledgeable guide available to take you...
