"Ortisei is a beautiful city. Our deluxe 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountains is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, away from the pedestrian centre yet so close to it if you don't mind walking downhill and uphill. Similarly, the view from the outdoor swimming pool/jacuzzi is stunning. "The property was beautiful and our room was amazing. Excellent in every way. Loved all of the amenities. We were very disappointed in the spa services. DO NOT get the blood test and Dr. ripped us off and wouldn't negotiate with the miscommunication. "
