My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!

The hotel is very clean; the breakfast & staff was outstanding. Our room was dated. The floors are very creaky; you can not get up at night or you wake everyone. Our junior suite was on the front of the hotel, which was very noisy at night. Couldn’t sleep until after 3:00am

Unless you wish to stay in a 5 star hotel, this hotel exceeds our expectations in terms of its services, and facilities. The location is also excellent, with easy parking in the back yard.

An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located in the center of town and within walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our stay in Italy. The staff at the hotel were professional and so very helpful. Staff and breakfast were phenomenal - outstanding. However, It was very warm. There was no fan in the room. We opened the windows to try to cool down. It was very loud and bright outside, so we didn't sleep well. Also, the blanket (Duvet) was very thick and way way to hot for summer. All of that, beyond the great service, is not good for such an expensive hotel.

This is a fantastic property right in the center of the beautiful village of Ortesei. Like the village itself, the hotel is very clean, exquisitely maintained and tastefully appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and Andrea at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Worth every nickel, and I can't wait to return.
