"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "Fabulous hotel. Room, bathroom and communal areas all spotless and comfortable...only recommendation would be to provide more hooks or storage in the room, but this was only a very minor issue for us! Room is cleaned and towels replenished only at your request. This was communicated very clearly upon our arrival and not an issue for us at all. There is always someone on Reception. Lobby and chill out areas wonderfully quirky. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel during our stay but drink choice was great. Bar is open until very late. The free complementary drink for each guest was a nice touch too. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Request for extra pillows was not a problem at all. Hotel is perfectly located to both Europa-Park and Rulantica...a pleasant walk through the pretty town of Rust. Free themed lockers available. Two supermarkets, Lidl and Edeka serving fresh pastries, salad etc on your doorstep. Great to access if you want to keep your holiday to a tighter budget. Would we stay here again...absolutely!!!"
